We have warehouses set up in New York, Los Angeles, London, ShenZhen, Middlesex(cancelled), and the Frankfurt (cancelled). Once your order is placed, we would ship from the nearest location. And when we shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

- If the shipment cannot be delivered due to unexpected circumstances, the HANDZOS customer service team will contact our customer via email within 48 hours for refund processing.
we will proceed with order confirmation, package quality inspection, packaging, and shipping. For stock orders, the item will be sent from our warehouse within 24-72 hours (working days). For made-to-order items, we need around 15-20 working days of crafting time! At the same time, once the package is sent, a notification email will appear at your e-mail address. Note: There will be re-delivery fee of $6.99 to arrange re-delivery made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
The shipping time are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so HANDZOS cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, such as destination country, customs, weather, etc. but please be assured that HANDZOS will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to HANDZOS.
